Mon 15 April – Mon 15 July (no class Mon 6 & 27 May) £6.50 (£6) weekly with Heather Harrison Get inspired! Friendly afternoon drop-in sessions for both beginners and improvers with qualified art teacher, Heather, who will help you develop your drawing and painting skills. Term starts with observation drawing in pencil, charcoal or pastels, and each week there is a Still Life or floral theme to work from. There is a range of resources available on the work of both modern and traditional artists. Focusing mainly on painting in acrylics, we welcome anyone wanting to work in watercolour or oils. To begin with you will need to bring an A3 sketchpad, a putty rubber and range of pencils from 2B to 6B. |
