There are a number of rooms available for private or company hire at the Stamford Arts Centre, suitable for a variety of purposes. These range from the Ireson Room or Burley Room which are attractive meeting/conference rooms ideal for around 12 to 20 people; the Blue Room, Rehearsal Room and the beautifully restored Ballroom, with a capacity of around 200 - ideal for parties, dances, wedding receptions, concerts, lectures, product launches, sales etc.
Due to our live events & cinema programme, the theatre can only be hired out a limited amount of times per year which are allocated to our amateur theatre companies. Please note we are unable to hire out the venue direct to theatre companies, so as not to conflict with our artistic programme - any enquiries need to go through our artistic planning team.
