Part of our Music In Quiet Places season.
Join The Chapel Hill Duo on a journey of musical exploration showcasing the versatility and boundaries of what’s possible with a violin and cello. Enjoy the simplicity of Einaudi’s ‘I Giorni’ and the beauty of Karl Jenkins’ ‘Benedictus’. The Duo’s virtuosic arrangements will delve into familiar songs by Louis Armstrong and Queen, and tackle the epic symphonic scores from Star Wars. Clap along to rousing reels and weep to longing traditional airs as the Duo take you through the Scottish Highlands.
Expect a mixture of genres and moods, demonstrating the best of what music, and the Duo, has to offer!
