Our Box Office is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 8.00pm and Sundays 1 hour before shows. (Please note, on busy show nights, telephone bookings can only be taken up until 7.30pm).
You may pay by cash, cheque (made payable to South Kesteven District Council) or credit/debit card.
You can collect your prepaid tickets from the box office at any time leading up to the performance, or we can post them to you for a charge of 99p for telephone bookings, for internet bookings the charge is also 99p.
Discounts (priced in brackets) vary from show to show. Generally they are available to over 60s, children, students, unwaged, disabled patrons & their companion. Further discount for schools and groups of 10 or more (including school/college groups) are also often available.
Occasionally, discounts are unavailable for certain events organised by outside organisations, for which we are the ticket agent.
If you are planning to bring a large group to a show, please contact the box office to see if we can help organise your trip or, if we are able to offer you a discount.

We regret that we are unable to exchange tickets or to refund money. If an event is sold out, we will try to resell unwanted tickets - an administration fee of £1 per transaction* is charged for this service and we will issue a credit note for you to use against a future purchase
*Only charged if tickets are sold on.
We welcome families! The Arts Centre Cafe is baby friendly and Lap tickets for under 2s are available priced at £1 for family films and shows in the theatre, call 01780 763203 for details.

Having difficulty accessing your new online account?
If you have booked for an event at Stamford Arts Centre over the phone, or in person, but not online before, you will need to create a new password. To do this you need to follow the instructions on the account login page by clicking on the 'Reset here' link (see below).
After following the instructions to reset your password, you should receive an automated email with a unique link to change your password. This usually happens straight-away, however, sometimes this could take a few minutes. Please also check your junk mail folder.
When you have changed your password you will automatically be logged into your online account where you can see your purchase history (if any), your personal details, details of any memberships, delivery and billing addresses as well as your data protection and brochure preferences.
Getting in a loop?
If after following the link in the email you are finding that you are getting stuck in a loop, this may be down to your browser's cookie settings. A mile off the A1, Stamford is easy to find. There are direct train lines from Peterborough and Leicester, as well as bus services from the surounding local area. Both the train and bus stations are a short walk away from the Arts Centre.
Stamford Arts Centre is situated on St Mary's Street, south of, and running parallel with, the pedestrianised High Street.
There is a large public car park off Wharf Road (see map below) just three minutes walk away and slightly further are the Cattlemarket and Bath Row car parks. Alternative parking is also available on St Leonard's Street (Short Stay daytime).
Parking is free in the town after 6pm.
Disabled parking is close to the Arts Centre in St. Mary's Street and St. George's Square.
