Aimed at absolute beginners, this light-hearted and laid back course led by Chris Gammon will get you playing this fun instrument in no time at all!

10am-3.30pm 

Chris says: "We’ll start from the very basics of how to hold the instrument then move on to playing your first chords and songs. From there we’ll progress to expanding your chord knowledge and I’ll show you how to strum allowing you to play more songs. By the end of this day course, you’ll have learnt the most commonly used chords and then put them to work in some catchy and fun songs."

The course is aimed for people aged 16+

You’ll need a ukulele for the session, a soprano or concert is recommended (concert is good if you have bigger hands and fingers).

Alternatively you can hire a uke for an additional £10, if you wish to do this please book the hire immediatley after booking your ticket - by emailing Chris at info@ukulelewithchris.co.uk - This is so we can make sure there is an instrument available for you. The additional £10 will be due on the day.
