
The Andrew Wood Trio is a dynamic and exciting jazz piano trio based in the East Midlands, performing in a style reminiscent of the great 3-pieces such as Bill Evans Trio, Oscar Peterson Trio and Ray Brown Trio.
Recently the group have performed with leading British and International jazz artists Tina May, Tony Kofi, Dave O'Higgins & Dennis Rollins.
For this special concert, the band will be presenting a programme of music by the prolific Broadway composer George Gershwin, including material from Porgy & Bess such as Summertime & It Ain't Necessarily So.
