Meditation and Mindfulness Course: Coping with Pain

Living with chronic pain can be debilitating, depressing and cause us to feel overwhelmed and out of control. On this course we will learn meditation techniques to help us to accept, cope with and reduce pain. We will see how, by training our mind, we can live a meaningful and positive life and be content, happy and peaceful. The course comprises two one-hour sessions with a tea break and an opportunity to chat and ask questions. About the teacher: Sue has lived with chronic pain since childhood and has been practising meditation for over 6 years.
