Real happiness comes from inner peace. Meditation allows you to discover deepening levels of peace through working with your own mind, developing positive minds that lead to happiness for yourself and those around you.

The meditations taught here are within the Buddhist tradition but are suitable for anyone and everyone. Beginners warmly welcome.

Suitable for ages 16+

Start 2.30pm (registration from 2.15pm)

Refreshment break 3.30 – 4.00pm

Finish 5.00pm
