Dir: Matthew Vaughn UK 2021 2hrs 11mins
With: Ralph Fiennes, Gemma Arterton
This prequel to the Kingsmen secret service series is set just before, during, and after World War 1 when the immensely rich Duke of Oxford (Ralph Fiennes) sets-up the famous agency and does battle with all kinds of nasty villains including the mad monk Rasputin and other historical characters.
Stuffed with some terrific action sequences that would outdo James Bond if he were an Edwardian spy 'The King’s Man' is dashingly entertaining from start to finish.
