Poetry Pharmacy - an alternative therapy for your emotional ailments. Whether you are suffering from the stresses of the modern world or the pain of a broken heart or simply need a tonic for the spirits, rest assured that our resident Dr Poet will have a poetry remedy for you!
Our pop-up shop is led by Keely Mills, who was Peterborough Poet Laureate 2009 and has performed at both the Edinburgh Festival and the Houses of Parliament. She has performed and worked with Kate Tempest, Scroobius Pip, Ross Sutherland, Toby Champion, Attila the Stockbroker and John Cooper Clarke. Taking place at Stamford Contemporary Arts, Stamford's new art gallery on Maiden Lane, this is a wonderful place for artists to exhibit and work on their pieces and a great location for poetry too!
