Workshop with music legend, Xidus Pain
Want to have a go at writing your own songs or spoken word pieces with the award-winning music practitioner, rap artist and a hip hop educator Xidus Pain? Experiment with fun and exciting lyrics and rhymes in this one hour family workshop, you can create a short piece and perform it at the end of the session.
Mentored by hip hop legends Sugarhill Gang and Grandmaster Melle Mel, Xidus has performed at countless festivals and venues all over Europe including The Great Escape, Funk and Soul weekender, The Vans Warped Tour and the Royal Albert Hall and is a recipient of the AIM (Association of Independent Music) Local Hero Award presented in association with the BBC.
Suitable for families with children of 7+
Free but pre-booking is strongly encouraged to avoid disappointment.
