All of us know what it feels like to deal with circumstances and worries that drag us down and wear us out. Nowadays we may feel that peace is hard to find.

“All the happiness there is in this world arises from wishing others to be happy.” ~ Shantideva (AD 687-763)

The path to inner and outer peace begins with finding balance and peace for ourselves, because we can't bring happiness to others if we aren't happy ourselves. From there we can learn to love more unconditionally -- and with growing acceptance, understanding, and empathy we become more and more resilient. By bringing the path of peace into our lives, we will bring about positive change in our spheres of influence, which are our families, our friend circles, and the groups and communities with which we are connected.

Practical life changing advice for everyone.

Come and feel uplifted.

Everyone Welcome.
