Claire Martin OBE Celebrates The Jazz Divas
Multi award-winning jazz vocalist, Claire Martin OBE, is joined by her world-class musicians for an intimate celebration of the great Jazz Divas of the Twentieth Century.
Through a wonderfully diverse programme, specially arranged and curated by Claire, the concert features a sparkling collection of music inspired by the great ‘Jazz Divas’ – including the likes of Billie Holiday, Peggy Lee and Ella Fitzgerald - whose legacy and influence continues to defines a classic era of jazz singing.
Expect a truly world-class evening of music, featuring fresh interpretations of the music made famous by the Jazz Divas, stylish reworkings of their lesser-known gems, as well as a few surprises along the way.
