When the last of St. Suzanne’s sisters face forced retirement, they take matters into their own hands, making a last-minute dash to New Zealand’s stunning South Island to meet an ex-nun-turned-lawyer who can defend their rights. A young boy (Elijah Tamati) jumps aboard to help them, but he’s on a side quest of his own – and things go very wrong when an unexpected snowstorm throws everyone off course.
