The Lincs Soul Collective is a group of versatile musicians from across Lincolnshire who love to make music together. They play a wide range of genres but Soul, Gospel and Blues is where their hearts lie. Their versatility means they can play in any ensemble from a duet to a full nine piece soul band and it is the full band that will be playing at Stamford Arts Centre.
Enjoy an evening following the journey of soul, gospel and blues music from the 1920’s to the present day. This performance will celebrate the history and diversity of this wonderful music, featuring songs by Etta James, Nina Simone, Wilson Pickett, Gladys Knight, Aretha Franklin Ray Charles and many more.
