Oakham Art Group - Spring Exhibition

Oakham Art Group - Spring Exhibition

Oakham Art Group meet each week on Monday mornings 10.30 till 12.30 in Oakham Bowling Club off The Vale, Oakham LE15 6JQ, which is on the Cricket Lawns residential estate.  The Club shares a large car park with Oakham Tennis Club, not far off Uppingham Road, the B641.

Members share common experiences, advice and inspirations without a tutor in attendance and using their own materials and subject matter, although periodic tutorial demonstrations and workshops are arranged with local professional artists.  We encourage artwork of all standards, be it painting or sketching, in a relaxed fairly quiet atmosphere with a half-time break for a wander round, a chat and to see what others are doing (free biscuits provided!).
