Join us on the evening of December 21st for an evening of spectacular music and festive cheer at Stamford Arts Centre Ballroom with a seasonal concert featuring the internationally acclaimed violinist Freya Goldmark.
As the director of Stamford International Music Festival, Freya brings her exceptional artistry and passion to the stage, leading a specially assembled string orchestra of extraordinary musicians. At the centre of the concert is Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons," a revolutionary work that masterfully intertwines music and nature. Each concerto vividly portrays the changing landscapes and emotions of the seasons, from Spring's exuberant renewal to Winter's stark, icy stillness, showcasing Vivaldi's innovative use of melody and texture. The evening continues with Corelli’s elegant and festive "Christmas Concerto," along with a few surprises.
Don’t miss Freya Goldmark and her handpicked orchestra in a concert that promises to be a highlight of your holiday celebrations.
