Ireland 2022
Subtitled
With: Lorcan Cranitch, Kelly Gough Subtitled Aoife has been enjoying a fast-paced city life but has had to return home to a much slower pace to help her father recover from a recent heart attack.
But it’s not long until she gets pulled back into helping her old friends to compete in the annual traditional rowing race known in Gaelic as “Naomhóg”. If she takes part might there also be a reconciliation with her dad? Terrac is a joyous, heart-felt story set in the stunning West Coast of Ireland in Kerry Gaeltacht and though performed in Gaelic is a thoroughly accessible treat.
“This likeable, will-they-won’t-they underdog comedy about a group of female rowers in rural Ireland is a small triumph” The Guardian
