What You Can Expect

To ensure a secure environment at all times, the following protocols are in place:

CCTV Surveillance

Our premises are monitored by 24-hour CCTV in all public areas, both inside and outside the building. This footage is recorded and securely stored to assist with public safety and incident investigation.

Ticket Checks and Entry Control

Only ticket holders will be admitted to performances. Our front-of-house team will check all tickets at the point of entry to ensure only authorised guests are allowed inside. Latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable break in the performance before entry.

Bag Checks and Restricted Items

For your safety and that of others:

• Bag searches may be conducted upon entry.
• We kindly ask customers to bring small bags only.
• Large backpacks are not permitted inside the auditorium.
• Alcohol is only provided by the licensed, on site vendor. Glass bottles, or any items deemed a risk to safety are not permitted inside the venue.
