Ticket prices vary, depending on the art form or show/workshop you are booking for. All prices are listed on the event page.
Discounts (priced in brackets) vary from show to show. Generally, they are available to children, students, unwaged, over 60s, under 26s, disabled patrons and their companion. Occasionally discounts are unavailable for events organised by outside organisations, for which we are the ticket agent. Where applicable, Multi-Buy Discounts only apply to an equal amount of tickets bought across the stated number of events.
Collections & Groups
Tickets must be paid for at the time of booking, we cannot make reservations. However, group bookings for live events of at least 10 people may be reserved for a pre-agreed time. If you are planning to bring a large group to a show, please contact the box office to see if we can help to organise your trip or if we are able to offer you a discount.
You may pay by credit/debit card, cash or cheque (made payable to South Kesteven District Council). You can collect your prepaid tickets from the box office at any time leading up to the performance, or we can post them to you for a charge of 99p. Tickets bought online incur a £1 transaction fee.
We regret that we are unable to give refunds. If an event is sold out, we will try to resell unwanted ticket/s. If your tickets are sold on, an administration fee of £1 per transaction is charged for this service, and we will credit your customer account for you to use against a future purchase.
Our Box Office is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 8.00pm and Sundays 1 hour before shows. (Please note, on busy show nights, telephone bookings can only be taken up until 7.30pm).

Having difficulty accessing your new online account?
If you have booked for an event at Stamford Arts Centre over the phone, or in person, but not online before, you will need to create a new password. To do this you need to follow the instructions on the account login page by clicking on the 'Reset here' link (see below).
After following the instructions to reset your password, you should receive an automated email with a unique link to change your password. This usually happens straight-away, however, sometimes this could take a few minutes. Please also check your junk mail folder.
When you have changed your password you will automatically be logged into your online account where you can see your purchase history (if any), your personal details, details of any memberships, delivery and billing addresses as well as your data protection and brochure preferences.
Getting in a loop?
If after following the link in the email you are finding that you are getting stuck in a loop, this may be down to your browser's cookie settings.
