‘A Walk in my Shoes’ was a lockdown poetry project that saw submissions from all over the county of Lincolnshire! The aim was simply to write a poem inspired by your lockdown walks.
On April 14th, the writers come together to read their poems aloud and celebrate the project.
Hosted by the talented Georgie Jones, a poet and performer who recently performed her hit one woman show “ISH” at Stamford Arts Centre! Georgie will be writing a poem especially for the event on the same theme.
All poetry submissions will be publicly displayed around Stamford Town before being adapted into a book!
This project was made in partnership with Lincolnshire One Venues and Stamford Poetry, join us as we come together for the first time since the project started all those months ago.
