Roy Scheider (Jaws, The French Connection) gives the performance of his career as obsessive film and theatre director Joe Gideon, whose ambitious professional life – mounting a Broadway show by day and editing his latest film by night – and routine of pills, sex and booze are seriously endangering his health. Diving deep into Gideon’s (and his own) mind, Fosse renders his interior world as an unforgettable phantasmagoric spectacle. 

Assembled with visionary editing and overflowing with sublime dance sequences performed by Ann Reinking, Leland Palmer, and Ben Vereen, All That Jazz pushed the musical to virtuosic new heights.
