Eight Week Course:
We tend to make the attainment of happiness more complicated than it actually is.
Buddha explains simple attitudes that we can all learn to cultivate, that increase our happiness and sense of well-being.
On this 8 eight week course we will explore through teachings and guided meditations how we can cultivate positive minds such as contentment, gratitude, acceptance and joy.
June 1- Contentment, the best of all possessions.
June 8- Transforming difficulties and becoming strong through acceptance.
June 15- Connecting with gratitude.
June 22- What makes your heart sing?
June 29- inner peace or mental peace is the source of all happiness.
July 6- A balanced mind
July 13- The sublime attitude of cherishing.
July 20- The supreme wealth of compassion.
Practical life changing advice for everyone. Come and feel uplifted.
