An astonishingly accurate picture of what every young American black man might go through when suddenly confronted by having to deal with a drugged-out teenage white girl who has appeared in his life Emergency is the only word that will cover it. It’s the end of term and three smart college guys get landed with the “situation” from Hell when they face the dilemma of calling the cops or putting themselves in jeopardy big time because of their skin colour. Laugh out loud funny as well as desperately serious this intelligent little film makes its points about racism on enormous wings.
