May 2022 sees the welcome return of the Stamford International Music Festival after the pandemic enforced hiatus. Festival Director Freya Goldmark will be announcing the Festival programme at this special concert at the Arts Centre on Saturday 26 February at 7.30pm.
The evening will feature Haydn’s String Quartet No 5 and Dvorak’s Bass Quintet played by some of the UK’s finest young musicians. This taster concert will be a treat in its own right and we are sure the audience will enjoy the bonus unveiling of the whole festival programme. The musicians are Freya Goldmark, violin/director; Katherine Yoon, violin; Francesca Gilbert, viola; Maxim Calver, cello and Will Duerden, double bass.
Tickets £18 or £6 for under 26’s.
