Connelly plays teenager Sarah who, irritated by her baby brother, makes a fateful wish that sees him whisked away by Goblin King Jareth (Bowie). Refusing to return the baby, Jareth gives Sarah only 13 hours to enter his world and solve the Labyrinth before the baby is turned into a goblin.
