300 years after the events of War for the Planet of the Apes, apes have emerged from the oasis while humans have regressed into a primitive state. When ape king Proximus Caesar, armed with weapons forged from lost human technologies, perverts Caesar's teachings to enslave other clans, chimpanzee hunter Noa embarks on a journey that will lead him to question everything he's been taught about the past and make choices that will define a future for apes and humans alike.
