Learning Mindfulness can help…

During a series of 8 weekly sessions, you will:

Understand how the mind works, how it wanders.

See how we get lost in the stories we tell ourselves about the past and future.

And learn simple practices that help settle the mind and bring it back to the present moment, which is the only moment there is. 

All with an attitude of allowing, curiosity and above all kindness as we discover more about ourselves.

Gavin Breeze has over 50 years experience of meditation and he trained to teach mindfulness with the Mindfulness Association.
