Based on a stranger-than-fiction true story, it sees two down-on-their-luck musicians (Jackman and Hudson) form a joyous Neil Diamond tribute band, proving it's never too late to find love and follow your dreams.

In Milwaukee, Mike (Jackman) and Claire (Hudson) are working as celebrity impersonators for state fairs and dive bars. Separately, they perform standards in a dusty variety act, but they dream of making something exciting of their own. A winning story of love, loss and inspiration, featuring the iconic songs of Neil Diamond, Song Sung Blue is grounded in real feeling.
