Fading celebrity, Elisabeth Sparkle (Moore) faces a devastating blow on her 50th birthday when she’s axed by her misogynist boss (Dennis Quaid). She’s drawn to the opportunity presented by a mysterious new drug that will turn her into a “younger, more beautiful” version of herself. So enters the eerily perfect Sue (Margaret Qualley).
