There will be a great treat for G&S fans this June when The Wandering Minstrels present THE WORLD OF GILBERT AND SULLIVAN. They will sing, act and dance their way through the Savoy Operas including The Pirates of Penzance, The Mikado, HMS Pinafore, Princess Ida, The Gondoliers, The Yeomen of the Guard and Ruddigore. Appearing in this Gala Concert are Alexandra Ferrari, Emma Stratton, Charles Mills, Stephen Godward & Tim Hurst-Brown, with Peter Hewitt at the piano.
The concert will be a tribute to the late Angela Storey, Headmistress of Peterborough High School from 1977-1999, who died in July 2025 and was a great Gilbert and Sullivan fan. The evening consists of two hours of Savoy favourites, presented in period costume and performed in traditional style.
Don’t miss what promises to be a wonderful evening!
