Stamford Jazz Presents: James Allsopp Quartet plays Stan Getz
Join us at Stamford Jazz for a tribute to the inimitable master saxophonist Stan Getz. This program will feature music from his extensive catalogue which has set the standard for generations of artists to come, expect lush ballads, uplifting bossa novas, swinging standards and motoring bop compositions played by some of London’s most in-demand musicians.
Featuring the award-winning saxophonist James Allsopp with Colin Oxley on guitar, Oli Hayhurst on double bass and Dave Storey on drums playing music from their brand new album “Ballads and Bossas”.
