Five Week Course:

It’s time to unwind and live more lightly. Putting energy into improving our life or being a modern person does not mean we need to be tightly wound. Learning to practice Buddhist meditation and mindfulness allows one to learn to really let go of painful thoughts, worried states of mind, and physical and mental tension. Throughout this course, we will look at various time-tested tools and strategies within Buddhist teachings to accomplish these aims.

WEEKLY CLASS TOPICS

  • February 29: Bringing Peace to the Situations in our Life
  • March 7: Overcoming the Biggest Obstacle to Meditation
  • March 14: Feeling Freedom and Optimism through Understanding Karma
  • March 21: Opening the Heart and Living with Compassion.
  • March 28: The true nature of all things.
