Stamford’s popular community choir, Woven Chords, are back on stage with a Summer Concert to celebrate the end of another vocal year. In keeping with their motto of “Worldwide Harmonies with a Local Heart” they will be singing a wide range of a cappella songs in a variety of languages from Europe, Africa, Asia and beyond.
Lead by talented director Graham Dale, the musical delights will include: rich harmonies, folk songs, gospel songs, protest songs, original compositions, an unofficial national anthem and even some Gaelic mouth music. How is this all possible? - we hear you ask. Come along and find out!
