The new summer blockbuster from multi-Oscar-winning filmmaker Steven Spielberg (E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Jaws, Schindler’s List, The Fabelmans) is a return to the paranormal. Disclosure Day stars Oscar nominees Emily Blunt (Oppenheimer) and Colman Domingo (Sing Sing), Oscar winner Colin Firth (The King’s Speech), Golden Globe winner Josh O’Connor (Challengers) and Eve Hewson (Bad Sisters).

If you found out we weren’t alone, if someone showed you, proved it to you – would that frighten you? This summer, the truth belongs to eight billion people.

Based on an original story by Spielberg, Disclosure Day centres on the massive global revelation that aliens are real and the chaotic, high stakes conspiracy and urgent race for the truth that follow. A sci-fi thriller full of dramatic action, it promises Spielberg’s trademark mix of imagination, big ideas and deep emotional connection, with incredible revelations about alien life impacting how his characters see each other on earth.
